Coaching people for health and fitness goals is very much life coaching.
I'm providing the structured, detailed plans to ensure yor success but also connecting on a personal level to coach you the tough days.
This package includes in-person, weekly accountibility meetings.
I'll help you work through whatever is going on in your life (or in your head) to ensure your long-term success with your fitness and nutrition goals.

I will provide weekly, in-person accountibilty meetings to take weight, measurements, body fat analysis and progress photos.
These check-ins are done in North County, San Diego, CA.
The first meeting will be about 1 hour and then from there we'll see each other every week for 30 minutes.
We'll spend some time at our first meeting going over the program and answering any questions you may have. We'll also talk food, exercise, macros and life.
Each week, the program will be adjusted accordingly and I will set you up for long term success. Basically, you can eventually learn how to maintain your fitness while still having balance and no food restrictions.
