Most people love to see me in person, but it may just not be realistic with your schedule.
This hybrid option gives you the best of both worlds!
You'll see me every 4 weeks and send self-reported updates in between.
This package includes in-person, monthly accountibility meetings or coaching calls.
I'll help you work through whatever is going on in your life to ensure your long-term success with your fitness and health goals.

- MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE TIME WITH ME.
(and this is the part that most people need for their success)
I will provide a monthly, in-person accountibilty meeting to take weight, measurements, body fat analysis and progress photos.
These check-ins are done in North County, San Diego, CA.
The first meeting will be about 1 hour and then from there we'll see each other every 4 weeks for 30 minutes.
We'll spend some time at our first meeting going over the program and answering any questions you may have.
We'll also talk food, exercise, macros and life.
